Information we collect
Travel in China does not require an account and does not ask visitors to submit personal information while reading guides. When analytics is enabled, we may receive aggregated information such as visited pages, approximate location, device type, browser, referral source, and site interactions.
Analytics services
Google Analytics 4: GA4 helps us understand which guides are useful and how visitors use the website. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies through the consent dialog.
Vercel Web Analytics: Vercel provides privacy-focused, aggregated website traffic statistics. It is used to monitor basic site usage and performance.
Cookies and your choice
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's local storage. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga. If you reject analytics, GA4 is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
