Google Search, Gmail, Google Maps, Google Drive, and other Google services may not work normally on local networks.
Social media platforms
Apps such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and some other international platforms may be unavailable or unstable.
Messaging apps
Some international messaging apps may not work reliably. Prepare at least one China-friendly communication option.
Map and review apps
Google Maps and Google-based reviews may not be reliable in China. Local map and review apps are often more useful.
